On Saturday June 11th the club will hold a “VHF Activity” day. This event will be held just prior to the June VHF contest, which will guarantee success.
In addition to using the 6 meter beam, we will also temporarily install some additional VHF and UHF antennas. The intent is to generate interest in VHF and UHF operating, not necessarily a full blown contest operation.

A 5 element, 6 meter beam was installed on the South tower on Saturday, April 23rd. This gives the club station additional capability on the Magic Band. If you get a chance, stop by the shack to get a demo and get on the air with the new beam.
