The Delaware Valley Radio Association (DVRA) is happy to accept equipment donations. Unused equipment is a great asset for the ham community and the DVRA can get the equipment into the hands of new hams and others who will put it to good use.
Please list the intended items for donation in the form below. We will contact you to arrange for the transfer of your donated items. Contact us at info@w2zq.com with any questions.
We are an exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Your contribution is tax-deductable to the full extent of the law.
The disposition of donated equipment will be at the discretion of the DVRA. The equipment will be made available to members as giveaway or at below market prices. However, the DVRA may dispose of items in a manner that the club sees fit, e.g. keeping for club use, selling at Hamfests or otherwise. Any proceeds from the sale of donated equipment will be deposited in the DVRA general fund.
We will not accept items that are:
- Extremely large (boat anchors)
- Extremely old (tube equipment that is not an amplifier)
- Not related to ham radio and towers
