New Ham net 5/6: Volunteering for the NJ state triathlon

Join DVRA’s New Ham Net on May 6, 2026 at 7:00 pm EST to learn how you can support the NJ state triathlon as an amateur radio operator.

Steve Costanzo KC2VDL will present – “Volunteering for the New Jersey State Triathlon”. This event is a good way to gain experience with a tactical communications net while supporting the club. The New Ham Net is held the first Wednesday of each month on the DVRA repeater, W2ZQ: 

  • output frequency: 442.650 MHz 
  • input frequency +5 MHz (447.650) 
  • PL tone: 131.8 Hz.
