On Saturday June 11th the club will hold a “VHF Activity” day. This event will be held just prior to the June VHF contest, which will guarantee success.
In addition to using the 6 meter beam, we will also temporarily install some additional VHF and UHF antennas. The intent is to generate interest in VHF and UHF operating, not necessarily a full blown contest operation.
VHF activity day will start at 10AM on Saturday and go through the start of the VHF contest at 2PM. Any operators who are interested in operating the contest are encouraged to do so.
