David Doler Jr. (K3DFD) will explain the purpose of the WARC bands and the hierarchy of International Radio Spectrum Administration.
The New Ham Net is held the first Wednesday of each month on the DVRA repeater, W2ZQ:
- output frequency: 442.650 MHz
- input frequency +5 MHz (447.650)
- PL tone: 131.8 Hz.
