It’s time to release the Foxes!
DVRA will host an IARU-Style Fox Hunting Session. IARU-Style is an on-foot fox hunt where multiple foxes are released into the woods for hunters to find – Think: orienteering with radios. Participate individually or form a team.

The starting point for this hunt is the Veterans Park Klockner Road Entrance, Hamilton, NJ 08690. (40° 12′ 48.28″N, 74° 40′ 5.1954″W or 40.21341, -74.66811) – Google Maps Veteran’s Park -Hamilton
Hunts are usually completed by 12:00 noon.

P.S. Fox Hunting is a receive-only event. Participation does not require an amateur radio license. The only requirements are a working 2m FM receiver and an antenna (preferably directional).
