On Wednesday, November 10th 2021, the Delaware Valley Radio Association monthly meeting HELD VIA VIRTUAL WEB CONFERENCE will feature a presentation titled “Weather Satellite Image and Data Reception” presented by Chris Tenev, K2QFA.
Chris will speak on reception of images and data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite (GOES) system, using an inexpensive software-defined radio, a Raspberry Pi single-board computer, and free, pre-configured software tools.
Open to the public. Feel free to join for all or part of the meeting.
